Biography: ao. Univ.-Prof. Dr. Herwig Ostermann has served as the CEO of Gesundheit Österreich GmbH (GÖG) since August 2016, having previously headed its Health Economics department. Alongside his executive duties, he holds a part-time professorship in Health Policy and Administration at UMIT in Tyrol. His academic background includes studying International Economics in Innsbruck and Dublin, followed by a Master's and a PhD in Health Sciences at UMIT.
